‘Hugh’ Socal Pach Tip Cut

‘Hugh’ is a Socal pachanoi that also goes by ‘Tinoco’ and ‘Vista.03’. I bought my original mother plants from a landscaper named Tinoco who runs a backyard nursery with his father. I bought many of these gorgeous pachanois from him and they’ve become a staple to the Living Stone garden. This is a textbook pach! Insanely fast grower and very cold tolerant. It likes to be in partial shade more than full sun. It gets real swollen and green when you water it a lot and give it a good amount of shade! The name ‘Hugh’ originated from the previous owner of the cactus. A man named Hugh had sold it on OfferUp in the past, hence one of the names it was originally given.
