Succulents in Terracotta ‘Ogre Ear Jade’ and ‘Tokyo Sun’ Sedum

Crassula ovata ‘Ogre Ears’:

Habitat: Native to the KwaZulu-Natal & Eastern Cape provinces of South Africa and also Mozambique.

Very drought tolerant and hardy succulent.

This is a really nice variety to bonsai.

Also goes by ‘Gollum’, ‘Hobbit’, ‘Monstruosa’, and ‘Cistata’.

Sedum japonicum ‘Tokyo Sun’:

Habitat: East Asia – W. China & Japan. Grows on rocks in thin woods and on sunny slopes in the foothills of C. and S. Japan.

Low growing, mat like.

According to PFAF.org, this species is self fertile.

Drought tolerant although it can take a good amount of watering.
